• The services of ask Crystal Nicole are available by membership only.
• Membership is approved based on the current workload of ask Crystal Nicole.   ***We will do our best to serve everyone.***
• Members must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide legal identification. 
• Membership fees are paid annually, are non-refundable, must be paid by due date, and are non-transferable.
• Membership fees must be paid before services can be requested.
• Late payment of membership fees may result in membership being cancelled.
• Membership numbers are given to each member.  Members should keep their membership numbers (IDs) private from others. 
• Members may request to change their membership type.  Changes to membership type must be approved by the management of ask Crystal Nicole. 
• Members approved to change their membership type will be responsible for paying the new membership fee and may use the services of their new membership the next business day.   
• Members are responsible for submitting their service requests to ask Crystal Nicole.
• Members must submit their service requests according to the details of their membership type.
• Submitting a service request does not guarantee the completion of service.  All service requests must be approved by the management of ask Crystal Nicole.
• Members are responsible for paying the service fee for their approved service request(s) prior to the start of the service.
• Non-payment of service fees prior to the start of a service will result in the member's service being cancelled. 
• If a member would like to cancel an approved service request, they will need to provide notice of the cancellation 4 hours prior to the time ask Crystal Nicole has agreed to complete it. 
• Ask Crystal Nicole reserves the right to cancel or change services/memberships offered at any time.
• Ask Crystal Nicole is not responsible for services that are unable to be completed due to members, 3rd parties, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside of their control.
• Once a service is approved, the member is responsible for paying all service fees and any other fees agreed upon for the completion of the service.  
• Members are responsible for providing ask Crystal Nicole with the resources necessary to complete their service prior to the start time of the service.
• Members must fund their spending accounts with ask Crystal Nicole for services that require purchases or payments to be made on their behalf.  The funds are non-refundable and remain on the account.  
• Services that include long wait times may be rescheduled or cancelled for an additional fee.
• Unused services do not carryover to the next week(s).
• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Member or member-designated person (18 or older) must be available to receive deliveries at the arrival of ask Crystal Nicole.
• If member or member-designated person is unavailable to receive deliveries at the arrival of ask Crystal Nicole, items will be left outside of Destination B.
• Ask Crystal Nicole is not responsible for damages to items as a result of Third Parties, Vendors, Members, others, or circumstances outside of their control. 
•  Ask Crystal Nicole will cancel any service that appears to involve illegal activities and membership will be canceled.   
•  Ask Crystal Nicole does not provide services that involve marijuana, cigarettes, alcohol, sex (i.e. sex shops, lingerie shopping, etc.), massages, or similar items/services.  
• For prescription or medication deliveries, members must be available to receive the deliveries and provide stated issued identification.  
• Ask Crystal Nicole will not be able to complete any service that requires staff members of ask Crystal Nicole to provide identification, signatures, or other personal information. 
• All staff members of ask Crystal Nicole must pass a background check. 
• Members should communicate service requests using the required channels only.
• Members should make payments for the services of ask Crystal Nicole using the required channels only.
• Members should provide the necessities required for the completion of their services by ask Crystal Nicole using the required channels only.
• Members should never make payments, provide details, or provide the necessities for the completion of their services by ask Crystal Nicole via social media.
• Trial memberships are available for a limited time and for new customers only.
• New customers are defined as customers who have never used the services of ask Crystal Nicole or A.A. Personal Assistants, LLC by trial membership or regular membership.
• The offer of trial membership is not guaranteed and must be approved by the management team of ask Crystal Nicole.
• Trial memberships are available for Level 1 membership only.
• The Level 1 membership fee is the only fee waved during a trial membership.
• Trial membership lasts 5 business days (Monday thru Friday)
• All service policies apply to trial memberships.
