How It Started
Crystal Nicole started A.A. Personal Assistants, LLC in 2009 after experiencing several situations where she needed to be in more than one place at the same time or around the same time. Even with a great support system, she still found that there were times when she didn't feel comfortable asking for another "favor" or "bothering" someone she knew had a busy schedule. Crystal Nicole also wanted to be comfortable asking questions like, "Hey, did you grab the ketchup from the front or back of the shelf", but didn't want to be seen as "being extra" since she was asking for a "favor", even if the favor was a paid one.
After praying about it, Crystal Nicole decided to start a company where people could order their personalized services to be completed to their standards by on call personal assistants. Instead of offering personal assistants for hire, Crystal Nicole decided that A.A. Personal Assistants would employ several personal assistants who would complete the personalized services of A.A. Personal Assistants' members. By employing their personal assistants, A.A. Personal Assistants was able to lower the costs associated with having a personal assistant for members, offer on call personal assistants to anyone interested in A.A. Personal Assistants' services, and provide jobs to a highly skilled subset of the community.
For several years, Crystal Nicole focused on her career at A.A Personal Assistants and her career outside of it. As of 2023, she is now able to focus solely on A.A. Personal Assistants and its subsidiary, ask Crystal Nicole. A.A. Personal Assistants now focuses on business members while ask Crystal Nicole focuses on non-business members. Both companies operate under Crystal Nicole's leadership and with a great team of personal assistants so you can expect great service with both.
